Job Summary
PingWind is seeking a Program Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the government sector. This role requires coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing resources. Ideal candidates should have extensive program management experience, knowledge of government contracting processes, and a technical background in IT. Responsibilities include leading program activities, ensuring compliance with requirements, directing program planning and execution, preparing reports, maintaining project management plans, and providing mentorship to staff.
Required Qualifications
- Secret Clearance
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- BS/BA degree
- 12 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years’ experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
