Job Summary
Lead embedded programme management for security infrastructure projects across APAC, collaborating with cross-functional teams and Global Product Security leadership to ensure alignment with global standards, timelines, and scalable efficiency. Duties include coordinating multiple security infrastructure projects, drafting improvement proposals, designing standardised documentation and processes, reporting performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues, researching industry standards, communicating updates on emerging technologies, prioritising workload to meet deadlines, and leading project/service meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in programme or project management
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
- Prince2 or equivalent qualifications
- Familiarity with project management software tools
- Experience in a logistics or infrastructure environment
- Experience with construction or architectural projects
