Job Summary
Senior Program Manager to lead multi-workstream data/AI delivery initiatives for global clients, aligning cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, client/partner) to deliver measurable value. Own programs from discovery to execution, nurture future leaders, drive governance, manage budgets and risks, and enable account growth through proposals and executive-ready updates.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of Technical Program Management delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Hands-on ownership of customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources (architects and engineers) for data and AI projects
- Proven ability to manage 4-5 customers concurrently while maintaining 85%+ billable utilization
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, PowerBI, Tableau and Sigma technologies
- People management experience, leading high-performance teams
- Agile methodologies and strong understanding of Waterfall; able to tailor approaches
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365 (Excel)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; executive-ready updates for C-level stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field preferred
- PMP and CSM certifications strongly preferred; additional credentials
