Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of Intensive Case Management Teams at Project-based Housing sites, including crisis management, clinical supervision of case managers, and coordination of field-based interventions. Facilitate weekly team meetings and case consultations while serving as the primary liaison between DHS HFH program staff and the ICMS team to ensure funder standards are met. Collaborate with housing developers, property managers, and community partners to develop creative interventions for clients with complex trauma, mental health, and substance use barriers. Provide budgetary oversight of program administration, manage hiring and staffing of the ICMS team, and ensure timely completion of annual reviews and client documentation audits. Respond to emergency calls and situations on a 24-hour basis with support from direct clinical supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- MSW, MFT, LPCC or PsyD who is registered with CA BBS (supervision hours are available for this position)
- Minimum of two (2) years' full-time experience working with the homeless, preferably those living with mental illness and/or substance addictions
- Two years' supervisory experience managing staff
- Able to work in a high tolerance Harm Reduction model with clients who have multiple barriers
- Valid CA Driver's license, reliable car, auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record
- Able to be on-call 24/7 with support from direct clinical supervisor and Housing Department Director
