Job Summary
The Program Manager/PCA Reviewer at EBI is responsible for the overall execution of projects within the Commercial Real Estate service line, including reviewing and revising debt level Property Condition Reports. The role involves managing project budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones, and communicating project statuses. Essential functions include conducting Quality Control reviews, managing multiple projects concurrently, and coordinating with outside consultants. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in related field (engineering, architectural, and/or construction management preferred)
- 5 - 10 years of progressive professional experience in related role within the specified field (PCA field assessments and reviewing)
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer, Registered Architect or similar licenses/certifications preferred but not required
