Job Summary
Program Manager for PBM to coordinate the delivery of the pharmacy solution suite for state Medicaid programs. Leads cross-functional programs, oversees planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple interconnected projects to ensure implementations are on time and within scope. Serves as primary coordination point between business stakeholders, engineering, product, vendors, and customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. Responsible for client relationships with State Medicaid clients, delivery of services, and monitoring delivery and financial performance. Remote position from US locations with 0-20% travel; requires strong analytical, presentation, and client-facing skills, and hands-on experience with SDLC/Agile, MS Project, and testing methodologies; knowledge of APIs and integrations is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Medical Claims, PBM, and/or Pharmacy Solution experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Program Management of a large Software Implementation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across multi-functional team
- Hands-On experience in SDLC, Agile, MS Project and testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, Performance testing)
- (Preferred) General technical knowledge of APIs, Integrations, Hosting Infrastructure
