Job Summary
Program Manager for Staples’ payment solutions leads growth of B2C and B2B payment portfolios through program and product management, salesforce engagement, marketing execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include championing the vision for consumer and business payment programs; developing business cases and roadmaps; driving customer acquisition and revenue growth; acting as a subject matter expert on payment programs; creating and maintaining sales/training materials; monitoring KPIs and performance metrics; analyzing competitive trends in the Canadian market; and developing incentive programs (SPIFFs/contests) to drive results. Requires collaborating with internal teams, delivering strategic initiatives, and ensuring programs receive focus and visibility. Hybrid work arrangement in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product or program management
- Post secondary education, preferably in business administration or a relevant discipline/field, or equivalent work experience
- Project management accreditation an asset
- Strong understanding of cards landscape & payments eco-systems
- Experience launching customer facing products; knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships with internal/external groups
- Self-motivated and results focused; able to work independently and proven track record of success
- Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
