Job Summary
Design, launch, and scale statewide onboarding programs and role-specific training pathways across California. Develop leadership training for current and emerging leaders; drive employee engagement initiatives; coordinate workplace safety training compliance; manage program timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships; track and report on program metrics such as onboarding effectiveness and retention; create training materials and learning assets; facilitate in-person and virtual training; map the end-to-end employee experience from offer to onboarding; collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to align training and program goals; support structured onboarding plans (30-60-90 days) and stay informed on workforce trends and hybrid-work best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver program outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Advanced business or healthcare degree a plus but not required
- Experience designing onboarding, training, or employee experience programs
- Experience working with or supporting operational or cross-functional teams
