Job Summary
Program Manager for Staples Own Brand change management responsible for designing and evolving end-to-end Own Brand product development and change frameworks, governance standards, training and enablement, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve speed to market and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, process optimization, operations, or product development
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-level processes, tools, or enablement models
- Strong change management experience with demonstrated adoption results
- Experience working across complex, cross-functional and matrixed organizations
- Experience developing governance models, SOPs, and standardized documentation
- Proficiency with collaboration and content management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
- Experience defining KPIs and using data to drive decisions
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
