Job Summary
As a Program Manager at NorthEast Residential Services, you will oversee the daily living activities of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, manage a team of Direct Support Professionals, and ensure quality documentation and communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing care needs, maintaining program compliance, providing training, and being available for on-call services. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a valid Maine driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Maine driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to read, write and communicate proficiently in the English Language
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs
- 2+ years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
