Program Manager, Organizational Learning

Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs for leaders and employees across unionized and non-unionized environments using instructor-led, virtual, and blended methodologies. Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify learning needs, manage projects from concept to implementation, and curate resources that address capability gaps. Lead the design, development, and evaluation of enterprise-wide initiatives while leveraging adult learning best practices, emerging technologies, and AI tools to ensure content remains current and impactful. Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and data to continuously improve offerings and manage relationships with external vendors. This role requires a post-secondary degree, 2+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development, and the ability to obtain a Transportation Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience facilitating learning programs in a corporate or organizational setting
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Experience designing and developing eLearning content using Articulate Storyline or similar learning technologies
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise-wide learning and development programs
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to administer and manage learning initiatives
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Transportation Security Clearance
