Job Summary
Program Manager, Operations overseeing cross-functional programs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with product, engineering, and supply chain teams to implement improvements, develop and monitor KPIs, and manage budgets and timelines. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, drive data-informed decisions, and champion lean principles and best practices across the organization. Preference for candidates with automotive or manufacturing experience and familiarity with ERP systems and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
