Job Summary
Lead and manage cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery; collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes; develop and monitor KPIs to track program success; create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met; serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables; analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement; champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
