Job Summary
Program Manager, Operations responsible for leading cross-functional operational programs across product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success to improve operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support growth in advanced manufacturing. Develop and monitor KPIs, create detailed project plans, manage budgets and timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Champion lean principles and leverage ERP and analytics tools; proficient in Jira/Asana/Microsoft Project. Requires 5+ years of experience in program or project management or operations, a bachelor’s degree, advanced English, and up to 25% travel. Preference given to candidates with automotive/manufacturing background and experience with ERP systems, operational analytics, and Lean/Six Sigma certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain
- Experience leading large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Advanced English
- Experience leading cross-functional operational programs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Background in automotive or manufacturing industry (preferred)
