Job Summary

Establish and manage relationships with funding partners while assisting with grant writing and funder reports for the Day Labor Program and Women's Collective. Oversee all center services including site operations, training, and referrals to develop quality control metrics and social impact systems. Supervise staff, provide coaching and mentoring, and conduct annual performance evaluations while managing the operational budget. Coordinate marketing, social services, and civic engagement plans, and lead retreats and strategic alliances across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Ensure successful program operations focusing on jobs generation and member leadership development.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with day laborers and/or immigrants, refugees and homeless communities
  • Language proficiency in Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience or equivalence experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, email and internet
