Program Manager of Clinical Student Programs and Education, Day Shift, Post Acute Care

Program Manager will coordinate clinical affiliation contracts between Adventist HealthCare and local universities and colleges; facilitate clinical placements and experiences for students across AHC entities; coordinate student clinical placements and rotations with faculty advisors and clinical preceptors; serve as liaison between academic institutions, clinical sites, and students; facilitate professional development and lifelong learning activities of clinical staff to enhance competence and role performance; manage overall professional development programs, providing education to clinicians, maintaining and enhancing clinical competence, and directing development of educational activities to broaden clinical knowledge; provide leadership within the clinical leadership team and chair the clinical practice council for their specialty; ensure ongoing collaboration and program delivery in line with organizational mission.
