Job Summary
Serve as the primary client contact for all OEM equipment program needs, acting as a subject matter expert for approved equipment items and standards. Develop and maintain equipment lists across databases while resolving escalated customer issues and presenting innovative solutions to enhance dealership productivity. Collaborate with OEM partners and facility teams on new builds and renovations, leading early-stage consultations and coordinating project hand-offs to ensure alignment with timelines. Provide monthly reporting on program transactions, pursue business development opportunities, and maintain professional communication with stakeholders including regional managers and suppliers. Requires 5+ years in program management and 5-10% travel for trade shows and dealership visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field
- Previous OEM service experience or dealership service operation experience and/or knowledge of the service equipment industry
- 5+ years related work experience in account management, program management and project management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project (or similar application)
- ability to utilize the higher functions of Excel such as pivot tables and macros
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present to senior management of Snap-on and customer
