Job Summary
Program Manager to serve as the primary interface to senior government leadership for a high-visibility Intelligence Community program in the Northern Virginia area. Responsible for contract performance, customer satisfaction, risk management, and delivery of mission-critical capabilities; leads large, multi-disciplinary teams; coordinates with CO/COTR/GTMs and government stakeholders; develops strategic plans, executive briefings, and contractual deliverables; requires TS/SCI with FSP and U.S. citizenship. Onsite in Northern Virginia; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Seven (7) or more years of program management experience
- Experience leading teams across multiple technical disciplines
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership to solve customer challenges
- Strong understanding of project and program management principles and best practices
- TS/SCI with an FSP
- U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance
