Job Summary
Supervise, assist, and train Mental Health Workers in day-to-day operations while providing direct personal care and supervision to facility staff and residents. Conduct daily activities including administering therapeutic exercises, facilitating three weekly groups, and assisting residents with instrumental living tasks and medication. Manage facility logistics by reviewing treatment plans, coordinating with catering on census, ordering monthly supplies, and maintaining stock levels. Support crisis de-escalation, address resident complaints with guidance, and cover the intake department with on-call availability. Adhere to safety guidelines, universal precautions, and facility lifting protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic First Aid & CPR
- Clear California and Federal background checks
- A Clear criminal record review and fingerprint background check
- Successful completion of a Negative Drug Test
- DOJ/FBI clearance

- TB clearance
- DMV printout
- Basic First Aid certification
- Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support Certification
- Must have an active Driver's License
