Program Manager - Northwest New Mexico

Job Summary
Develop and maintain organized databases for stakeholder contacts, partnership activities, and grant deliverables while ensuring accurate, secure program records comply with HIPAA and federal guidelines. Monitor program data and performance metrics to identify trends and service gaps, then prepare weekly through annual reports for leadership and funding agencies. Coordinate grant documentation submissions, assist program leadership in monitoring implementation activities, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Gather documentation for reimbursement requests and budget monitoring while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and reporting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, Human Services, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of program management, project manager, grant administration or community engagement experience
- Experience working with Tribal Nations and behavioral health initiatives
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the service area
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Data analysis and reporting

- Self-motivated and self-directed
- High level of patience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to travel within the city and surrounding areas for outreach
- Understanding behavioral health issues with the Justice involved population

Desired Qualifications
- Professional and/or personal experience with substance abuse treatment highly preferred
