Job Summary
Manage job readiness and placement services for individuals with disabilities, overseeing staff supervision, hiring, training, and performance appraisals. Conduct direct case management by developing career plans, screening participants against funder regulations, and coordinating intakes and referrals from community organizations. Execute program outreach to secure funding sources, schedule tours, and maintain documentation in the ETO database while ensuring accurate billing and service delivery reporting. Track program performance against goals and liaise with the Accounting Department for timely submissions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in vocational services setting in direct service agency
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Satisfactory results of all required background checks
