Job Summary
Program Manager for North America Policy at Airbnb drives strategy, analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to advance policy priorities across US & Canada. Responsibilities include partnering with the Campaign Director to develop strategy, own deliverable tracking and measurement, implement policy programs across regions, and ensure clear communication between local teams and global leadership. You will lead high-impact initiatives with senior internal and external stakeholders, identify operational bottlenecks and guide process improvements, and contribute to drafting presentations and policy research. The role requires independent, complex program leadership, strong coalition-building, and the ability to distill ambiguous problems into actionable plans, with a focus on housing-related policy points and ROI assessments. Location is US with remote eligibility, and candidates must reside in a state where Airbnb has a registered entity. The base pay range is $132,000–$154,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience including US or Canadian political and/or policy campaign work
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in strategy development and turning high-level plans into operational execution
- Ability to lead cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Familiarity with North American legislative and regulatory processes
