Job Summary
Plan, execute, and finalize development programs according to strict deadlines and within budget. Collaborate with project teams to determine critical milestones, deliverables, scope, and resource requirements while managing full-scale project plans and communication documents. Liaise with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to build relationships vital to project success, develop work plans, and track timelines using appropriate tools. Lead various large and complex projects through their life cycle to completion, conduct assessments, and generate recommendations reports for resource estimation and negotiations. Provide progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation while contributing to continuous improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline
- 10+ years' experience in Project or Program Management Software, IT or similar experience
- 6+ years of experience in management role, preferably in program management
- 6+ years' experience in continuous improvement, process management, or customer service
- Exceptional knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
- Knowledge of enhancement of existing products; methodology application tactics in diverse scenarios; industry expertise in specific area of program to be managed; network and PC operating systems
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
