Job Summary
Lead the Next100 program as a senior Program Manager, launching cohort 4 and planning future cohorts; design and develop plans for sustainable expansion, build revenue and philanthropic support, and forge funder/partner relationships to advance policy ideas that improve household affordability. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing an experimental cohort, shaping strategy for future cohorts, developing sources of funding, and ensuring an inclusive, impactful program with a focus on equity in policy, leadership development, and capacity building. Requires eight years of professional experience in policy/program management, fundraising expertise, and strong collaboration across stakeholders.
