Job Summary
Program Manager for a 3-month contract to oversee and drive the launch of a new product in a corporate environment. Responsibilities include overseeing vendor collaboration on user flows and UI, conducting journey mapping, coordinating content (videos) development and internal approvals, coordinating with IT for member authentication, aligning with marketing on messaging/positioning, developing customer satisfaction surveys with research, and establishing a QC framework to monitor vendor performance. Requires strong verbal and written communication with internal senior management and external partners, plus cross-functional team experience.
