Job Summary
Program Manager oversees the New Journeys FEP (First Episode Psychosis) program across Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties, directing services and operations under the Outpatient Services Lead Manager. Responsible for administrative and financial fidelity to the funder, monthly reporting, and ensuring staff work to the full scope of their credentials. Leads clinical and administrative staff within the Coordinated Specialty Care Model, maintains fidelity to the treatment model, conducts community outreach and trainings, coordinates with DCRs, hospitals and community providers, and promotes client and family engagement toward meaningful goals. Travel within the specified counties for outreach and coordination; collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide state-of-the-art treatment for first-episode psychosis.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related field leading to eligibility for clinical licensure
- Experience providing clinical supervision preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices preferred
- Licensure as Mental Health Counselor or Associate LMHC/LMHCA, Independent Clinical Social Work or Associate LICSW/LICSWA, Marriage & Family Therapist or Associate LMFT/LMFTA or LAAC
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and minimum required liability insurance for WA State
- Employment conditional upon background check and fingerprinting when required
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wage Range: $97,520-$108,120 per year, depending experience
Desired Qualifications

- Criminal background check and fingerprinting clearance when required
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility for evening hours
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Capability to coordinate with crisis responders and hospitals
- Community outreach and referral network development
