Job Summary
Plan, organize, and monitor departmental activities while managing compliance issues, daily operations, and workflow projects to enhance programs and customer satisfaction. Provide guidance to supervisory staff on compliance, conduct performance appraisals for management, and develop new procedures with leadership to generate revenue. Schedule regular meetings with key personnel, address contingencies using verifiable data, and oversee all programs to ensure adherence to Joint Commission, New York State, and CARF regulations. Identify staffing and resource needs, implement corrective plans, and maintain records for required reporting. Collaborate with the Director to establish policies, assist in hiring, and control costs by monitoring operating performance against monthly budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of five to seven years of experience in a hospital setting
- Minimum of two years of supervisory or administrative experience
- Strong background in Clinical program operations and program development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
