Job Summary
Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned Networking vendors to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives. Drive channel development through partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, and enablement programmes while collaborating with sales teams to identify and convert new business opportunities. Lead go-to-market initiatives, demand generation, and pipeline creation, managing MDF, incentives, and vendor investments to maximize growth. Monitor business performance, forecasts, and partner productivity, implementing corrective actions and providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT distribution, networking business management, vendor management, channel sales, alliances, or business development roles
- Strong understanding of Networking technologies including Enterprise Networking, Switching, Routing, Wireless, Network Security, SD-WAN, Data Centre Networking, and Cloud Networking solutions
- Proven experience in channel ecosystem management, partner development, and vendor relationship management
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in business planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth
- Experience managing MDF, incentive programmes, business planning funds, and partner development initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate market trends and business data into actionable growth strategies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Strong networking within the vendor, partner, and customer ecosystem will be a distinct advantage
