Job Summary
Program Manager Murray leads supervision of front-line and custodial staff to ensure program/service delivery aligned with Atira6s mandate, policies, and regulatory requirements; develops long-range program plans; fosters partnerships with community agencies; ensures professional, efficient operation within budget and contractual obligations; reports to the Director, Supportive Housing Programs & Tenant Relations; and supports staff in implementing Atira6s mission and anti-oppression/harm-reduction approach.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of managing experience in the social-justice sector or related field
- Master6s degree in social work or a relevant field is preferred (undergrad degree/diploma with equivalent experience considered)
- NVCI Certification is required
- First Aid certification is required
- Class 5 driving license is an asset
- All positions are subject to a criminal records review
