Program Manager MR Co-Creation

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end MR Co-Creation programs with hospitals, research institutions, and clinical partners to translate clinical, customer, and workflow insights into validated concepts, prototypes, and actionable R&D inputs; drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Product Management, Regulatory, and Quality teams; provide interim leadership to the MR R&D Co-Creation Team and ensure outputs are integrated into R&D roadmaps. Requires a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field and 5+ years in MR clinical research, R&D, product development, or program management within healthcare/MedTech; proficient in MR imaging, clinical research methodologies, stakeholder management, and agile/quality frameworks. Office-based collaboration with in-person presence as part of Philips’ global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Radiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in MR clinical research, R&D, product development, or program/project management within healthcare or MedTech environments
- strong understanding of MR imaging technologies, clinical research methodologies, and healthcare innovation landscape
- experience managing complex cross-functional programs and collaborating with external clinical and research partners
- skills in stakeholder management, analytics, organizational, communication, and problem-solving with a results-oriented mindset
- familiarity with Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, PMP certification, or published MR research is advantageous
