Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations for the MORCA-Georgetown Paralegal Program, including creating schedules, generating MOUs, and recruiting law firms for participant placements. Deliver the 20-week in-person program by ensuring participant stipends and emergency funding are processed, while planning and executing events with speaker fees. Manage mentoring and tutoring services through alumni, conduct program evaluations, and collaborate with DOES, MORCA, SCS, and area organizations. Lead independent decision-making with little supervision, reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with Finance and Reentry Services.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute
- Critical attention to detail
- Self-directed, independent decision-making abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
- Creativity in providing value-add solutions within the parameters of the budget
- On-Campus work mode
