Job Summary
As a Program Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customer programs at Milwaukee Electronics, working cross-functionally to lead customer relationships, own program performance, and drive program execution. You will monitor performance metrics, support pricing strategies, lead business reviews, run new product introductions, and coordinate teams to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate has strong skills in customer relationship leadership, program management, financial analysis, and negotiation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in electronics or PCBA manufacturing
- 5+ years in a customer-facing manufacturing or OEM buyer role
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Managing complex or multi-location programs
- RFQ support and pricing strategy development
- Margin and performance analysis
