Job Summary
Program Manager to lead and oversee youth and family support services across Arizona. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing program activities aligned with strategic goals and funding requirements; supervising direct care staff (family support, respite, living skills providers, and reception staff); building partnerships with clinics and community agencies; coordinating referrals; maintaining client documentation; reviewing progress notes and payroll paperwork; supporting staff development through training and supervision; advocating for families; connecting them with community resources; and encouraging active participation in treatment planning and support services. The role requires travel within Arizona and work in both office and community settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Eight years of experience in behavioral health (strongly preferred)
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Valid DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to travel throughout Arizona
- Experience supporting youth and young adults within the behavioral health system (strongly preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of youth-guided, family-driven care and behavioral health policies and procedures
