Job Summary
Lead and oversee youth and family support services across Arizona; supervise direct care staff, including family support, respite, living skills providers, and reception staff; build partnerships with clinics and community agencies; coordinate referrals; maintain client documentation; review progress notes and payroll paperwork; support staff development through training and supervision; advocate for families, connect them with community resources, and encourage active participation in treatment planning and support services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Eight years of experience in behavioral health is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting youth and young adults within the behavioral health system preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of youth-guided, family-driven care and behavioral health policies and procedures
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to travel throughout Arizona
- Work in both office and community settings
