Job Summary
Manage relationships with stakeholders, managers, and key software and services vendors for the delivery of large and complex programs through all phases of the Project Management Lifecycle. Provide thought leadership for system implementations while defining deliverables, creating sprints, and monitoring project schedules and backlogs. Lead teams through SDLC phases using waterfall and agile methodologies, developing communication plans to ensure executive stakeholders are informed for decision-making. Identify dependencies and communicate status, risks, and issues to the customer's project portfolio. Prepare executive steering committee communications and direct team members to ensure timely task completion. Requires 12 years of experience, PMP or PMI Agile certification, and proficiency in MS Project and Jira.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience
- 12 years experience
- Extensive knowledge and success as a team leader
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, Atlassian Jira/Confluence
- PMP or PMI Agile Certification Practitioner (PMIACP) or other Agile/ScrumMaster certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing and implementing concurrent separate initiatives of varying size
- Minimum of 4 individual multi-year project implementation experiences
- Previous success leading initiatives within an agile methodology environment
