Job Summary
Program Manager role at Mass General Brigham focused on coordinating residency recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and trainee support activities within the Department of Anesthesiology Education Office. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME), academic medicine, hospital administration, or healthcare operations strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems
- Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Hybrid schedule: minimum of 2 days onsite per week
