Job Summary
Lead the Ford Signature Design team to complete Dealership facilities within the International Market Group (IMG), managing renovation projects and implementing the Ford Signature refresh program. Develop and execute a Dealer planning CI cycle plan while collaborating with group leaders to allocate resources for on-time, on-budget delivery. Build a center of excellence for facility design standards, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market requirements. Coordinate with the Ford Global Architectural Team for design updates and review access to recommend revised design applications. Conduct performance reviews, manage timecards and leave requests, and develop employee competencies through documented training plans. Be responsible for final sign-off of design drawing packages and assist in maintaining facility design manuals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Professional Registration – Council of Architecture (COA)
- 15+ years related architecture experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Project management skills
- Supervisory skills
- Ability to lead discussions with IMG markets
- Problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Negotiation skills
- Operational process and procedure knowledge
- Excellent oral and written English
- Some travel required - global
