Job Summary
Supervise Program Managers and Direct Support Professionals while ensuring compliance with agency policies, ODP Regulations, and individual rights. Attend interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborate with Program Specialists on family communications, and coordinate monthly staff agendas and house meetings. Schedule in-service training for staff, review clinical reports for consistency, and manage employee relations issues with Human Resources. Provide monthly operational reports to the Vice-President of Operations, handle incident reporting immediately, and resume Program Manager duties during absences. Remain on call to cover shifts and travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 2 years of work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities
- Associate's Degree or 60 credits from an accredited college or university
- 4 years of work experience with persons with intellectual disabilities
- A combination of education and experience in supervisory and management roles
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Clear Criminal Background
- Favorable Physical/TB/Drug screen
- Ability to travel
