Job Summary
Program/Project manager responsible for product launch from start to serial hand-over; interfaces between customers and internal specialist units in the product development process; supports projects from quotation to series release; co-engineering support; preparation of release documentation and procurement of manufacturing equipment/test facilities; travel approx. 25%; CAD (SolidWorks) and IATF quality knowledge advantageous; English (C1) required, German advantageous; based in Cleebronn, Germany with global scope.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in mechanical or automotive engineering and initial experience as a program manager or equivalent qualifications and work experience
- Professional experience in the manufacturing process of elastomer molded parts and/or thermoplastics as well as in project management
- CAD knowledge (SolidWorks) as well as a basic knowledge of IATF quality requirements are an advantage
- A certain degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 25% per year)
- A high degree of personal responsibility and assertiveness as well as a strong team spirit and a high service orientation
- Fluent written and oral English skills (level C1), German is an advantage
