Program Manager - Lumina / Woodlake

Oversee daily operations of Intensive Case Management Teams at Project-based Housing sites, providing clinical and administrative supervision to case managers. Facilitate weekly team meetings, coordinate services, and manage client crisis assessments, including psychiatric hospitalizations. Serve as the primary liaison between DHS staff and the ICMS team while ensuring documentation accuracy and budgetary oversight. Assist with client enrollment, screening, and securing housing and community resources. Maintain 24-hour on-call availability for emergency responses. Provide support and debriefing following client deaths or traumatic incidents. Ensure diverse and equitable hiring practices and manage staff training and staffing levels.
