Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the outpatient clinic, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards. Maintain compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and billing integrity while managing financial performance, productivity, and operational efficiency. Support and lead staff to foster a positive, collaborative work environment and ensure standards of practice are consistently met. This leadership role works closely with the Area Director to guide rehab staff within a modern, well-equipped facility.
Required Qualifications
- Current North Carolina license as one of the following: Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Current North Carolina license as one of the following: Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Current North Carolina license as one of the following: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
