Job Summary
Lead cross-functional programs through the full lifecycle in a regulated pharmaceutical/chemical context at a Bend, OR Lonza site. Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders; manage scope, timelines, and budgets; establish governance structures for program oversight; prepare statements of work and support approval processes; identify risks and drive actions to ensure successful program delivery. Collaborate with account management to develop and execute long-term strategies. This role requires in-person collaboration to support technical precision in manufacturing medicines and achieve high-quality outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team influence are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a science or engineering field
- Experience in project or program management within a regulated environment
- Background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences industries is preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools and standard office applications
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams
- Clear and effective communication skills with customers and stakeholders
