Job Summary
Program Manager – Logistics – Product Lifecycle Support leads management of DoD/commercial logistics and life cycle sustainment programs. Oversees development and delivery of logistics products and IPS deliverables (e.g., Provisioning Parts Lists, EDFP, MTAs, LPD), interprets contract requirements and data deliverables (DIDs, CDRLs, SOWs), and supports capture and proposal activities (BOEs, technical volumes, customer presentations). Coordinates with customers, engineering, logisticians, writers, and subcontractors; manages remote, geographically dispersed teams; and supports occasional travel (up to 10%) for meetings and reviews. Requires strong leadership, organizational, and relationship management skills to ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives across DoD acquisition and sustainment programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant experience in logistics, sustainment, maintenance planning, provisioning, and technical data development
- Experience leading Integrated Product Support (IPS), Life Cycle Logistics, and sustainment programs supporting DoD efforts
- Experience managing Logistics Product Data development programs using tools such as SLICwave, EAGLE, PowerLOG-J or equivalent
- Knowledge of DoD IPS elements, logistics engineering, sustainment planning, and MIL standards (MIL-HDBK-502, MIL-STD-1388-2B, GEIA-STD-0007)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deliver logistics products and sustainment analyses
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills, with experience briefing senior government and industry leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project)
