Job Summary
Lead global logistics programs in Asia, ensuring service performance compliance and KPIs meet customer expectations. Actively engage with client and regional account teams to drive operational efficiencies, develop strategic initiatives, and champion project leads for KAM regions. Conduct root cause analysis on operation issues, implement corrective actions, and leverage technology to automate processes and enhance work flows. Manage customer programs including EDI and vendor compliance projects, while developing Tableau dashboards to drive performance. Support RFP/RFQ responses, execute account growth strategies, and identify opportunities for process improvement and upsell services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in international logistics
- Experience in country operations
- Experience in managing global accounts
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build customer relationships at various levels
- Strong acumen to adopt & adapt new information, processes and technologies
- Curious and analytical mindset
- Passion in driving and achieving service excellence
- Able to travel to countries (when traveling is allowed and deemed safe) for customer related visits
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs including excel (advance level), powerpoint
- Diploma holder
- Degree holder
