Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for overseeing Maine home- and community-based waiver services. Oversees intake and caseload allocation, supervises service coordinators, builds relationships with families and community partners, ensures regulatory compliance, manages budgets/resources, and fosters an inclusive work environment across Caribou and Houlton offices. Prior leadership experience in the IDD space is highly desirable; role requires supervisory and organizational skills and a track record of leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams providing service oversight within the IDD community or related field
- Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration
- Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
