Job Summary
Program Manager for development and construction of a Liquid Natural Gas Facility (LNG). Lead the project team and coordinate with EPC contractor, Owner’s Engineer, Engineer of Record, and other stakeholders to achieve scope, schedule, and cost objectives using PMI-based methodologies. Responsible for risk management, governance reviews, cost/resource planning, contracts and procurement (RFPs, negotiations, contract compliance), and creating communication plans and status reporting. Ensure training for project team and operational handover. Requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; proficiency with general project management software. Educational background with a bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or related area; PMP certification; 10 years of program/project management experience on LNG projects. Hybrid work arrangement in Madison, WI with relocation expenses provided.
