Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and manage small, medium, and large-scale programs within the Electronic Warfare division R&D portfolio. Integrate all functions to ensure programs meet customer expectations and contract requirements while actively monitoring tasks, performance, subcontractors, risks, costs, and schedules. Create work breakdown structures, develop schedules, and establish financial plans to track monthly actuals versus planned expenditures. Provide proactive leadership to multi-discipline teams, make program-level decisions, and escalate unresolved issues. Gather, document, and approve requirements per organizational standards to ensure on-time, on-budget execution. Work in the Arlington, VA office; must maintain Secret clearance and obtain TS/SCI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 12+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience overseeing technical teams and managing R&D programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication, management, and organizational skills
- Experience with captures, including business development, customer relations, and proposal management/writing
- Experience with agile scheduling
- Experience with financial systems and managing program budgets
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships, external stakeholder networks, and teaming partnerships
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance
- Must be able to work in our Arlington, VA office
Desired Qualifications

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
