Program Manager, Legal (Hybrid, Seattle)

Program Manager for the Legal department overseeing Legal Operations technology and processes. Responsible for the day-to-day administration and optimization of legal and risk technology platforms (including RMIS), intake triage and tracking of Legal Ops requests, coordinating system implementations with Engineering, Finance, Insurance, and vendors, launching pilots and tech-driven initiatives, maintaining intranet/file shares, and driving program/project management and knowledge-base content via JIRA and Confluence. Develop SOPs, knowledge-base content, and training materials to enable self-service. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data interpretation, and the ability to produce clear reports for non-technical audiences. 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.
