Program Manager

Direct coordination of daily program activities, including hiring, supervising, and evaluating all Program staff while managing emergency scheduling. Develop and implement orientation and training programs, assign Consumers to lead residential therapists, and monitor these relationships. Address and approve timecards, develop staff schedules, and implement programming within the residence. Actively engage in pre-crisis and crisis interventions, participate in therapy sessions, and serve as a point of contact for Consumer families and community resources. Coordinate with school staff to ensure follow-up on school programs and schedule off-campus trips. Make the residence a safe and fun environment for all Consumers and staff. Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or education required with prior residential counselor and supervisory experience.
