Job Summary
Manage contractor personnel and oversee delivery of high-quality procurement work products for CDC acquisition support services. Coordinate staff through the full acquisition lifecycle, including pre-award, solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award activities, while serving as the primary operational interface with the Contracting Officer and CDC stakeholders. Assign, monitor, and balance workload to maintain efficiency, and ensure timely completion of reports, bi-weekly updates, and monthly progress deliverables. Oversee quality assurance reviews for procurement documents and files, identify performance gaps or compliance risks, and develop corrective action plans. Maintain staffing continuity and coordinate onboarding, training, and information security requirements for all personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least seven (7) years of experience in program management, contracting, acquisition planning, or a combination of the three
- Current or previous FAC-C certification for a minimum of five (5) years, or civilian equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to manage acquisition support personnel and oversee delivery of high-quality procurement work products
- Knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, FAR, HHSAR, contract file documentation, acquisition planning, solicitation, evaluation support, award, post-award, and contract administration activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical ability

Desired Qualifications
- Previous CDC Integrated Contract Expert (ICE) experience
- Experience supporting HHS, CDC, OAS, or comparable federal civilian acquisition organizations
- Experience managing remote acquisition support teams and uneven workload distribution across fiscal year procurement cycles
- Experience preparing or overseeing monthly progress reports, PALT/action status reporting, and procurement file completion tracking
- Experience managing source-selection-sensitive or procurement-sensitive information under NDA requirements
